This course can provide successful students with the knowledge and the entry requirements necessary to access some science based programmes at third level.  The course also aims to provide students with the skills necessary to gain employment in the food industry.

Food Chemistry, Food Processing, Microbiology, Nutrition, Laboratory Techniques, Fast Food Catering/Catering for diversity, Communications and Work Experience.
