Students will be prepared for direct employment in the Hotel, Catering and Tourism Industry. Students will also be in a position to proceed to further training in several IT Colleges and Fáilte Ireland Training Centres.
Food Preparation, Food Preservation and Processing, Food and Beverage Service, Hospitality and Accommodation, Customer Service, Communications, Information Technology, Safety and Health at Work, occupational first aid, transnational experience and Work Experience.

As part of the programme the college provides a 3 week European exchange programme with a catering college in Hungary.
