Aims

This course offers students the opportunity to develop the necessary skills and knowledge to prepare for careers in the front office department of Hotels. This course includes a three week transnational exchange to a European country funded by Leargas.

Entry Requirements

• Leaving Certificate with grade D or higher in five subjects including English and Maths
• Level 5 FETAC qualification
• A personal interview
• Work experience is required for the year.

Hotel Reservations and Accounts, Reception Operations, Customer Relations, Communications, Front Office Skills, Reservation Sales Techniques, Supervisory Management Skills, Business Management.
