This programme provides progression for students studying hotel and catering. It also provides the qualifications, knowledge and skills required to be successful in a variety of career opportunities. It opens up the possibility to progress on to Culinary Arts/Restaurant Management and Chef programmes.

• To have a Fetac level 5 award in a related area.
