Aims

The programme is designed for school leavers interested in pursuing a career in Tourism Leisure. It caters for students who wish to study Tourism within the leisure industry. The course covers two main areas: health, fitness (exercise) and beauty (manicures and pedicures, artificial gel nails, acryllic nails and make up ).

Entry Requirements

• Leaving Certificate Ordinary 5 passes
• Leaving Certificate Vocational Programme
• Leaving Certificate Applied ( Distinction )
• A personal interview

Course Content

Customer Service, Reception, Health-related fitness, Hostilic Massage, Communications, Work Experience, Word Processing, Anatomy and Physiology, Manicure and Pedicure, Makeup Application, Gel and Ayryllic Nails. ITEC: Beauty ( Supplied Makeup kit),  Nails (Supplied Nail kit and Manicure kit ), Uniforms Supplied.
