Dairy Chef Fiacht Competition
The Dairy Chef Fiacht competition was recently held in Colaiste Ide.
We had student apprentices partake in the competition. The participants included Peter Lewis ( overall winner and college representative), Caroline Ring, Ricardo Candelaria and Joey Boland.
We wish to express our gratitude to the judges which included Stefan Matz (Group Executive Chef at The iNUA Partnership), Conchubhair Mac Lochlainn Acmhainní Teoranta, Shane Smith (Yes Chef Magazine) and Brendan Phillips.
We are proud of our competitors and are grateful to all who made this event possible.
