YesChef Awards 2019

Colaiste Ide Apprentices were part of the Culinary team in Radisson Blu, Sligo in October.  The students produced a wide range of dishes, from the smoked Duck starter to the cheese board.  Our learners got an opportunity to network at one of the biggest chef event nights of the year.

Students from  Colaiste Ide, GMIT and LYIT produced a 5 course degustation menu with our chef mentor Laura Madden, 4 other mentors, Executive head chef Pat Shannon and also his staff in the Radisson Blu hotel and Spa, Sligo.
