Skills To Advance - Infection Prevention & Control Testimonials
"The science and the philosophy behind infection control was clearly outlined for the us as students. The videos presented the practical aspects of implementing an Infection Protection Protocol. We were encouraged to try for ourselves and this aspect of the course was useful, and its legacy will be visible in our school going forward. The pace and the knowledge were geared to the learner and their environments."
Martin Kavanagh (Board of Management National School)
"I found the zoom classes extremely easy to understand. Our tutor was very interactive and was able to adapt a slide to make it relevant to each person’s specific occupational requirements."
Mary Cahill (Preschool Owner)
"I felt that this training had come at exactly the right time as we are currently looking at how to protect the people that use it. I have started to look at all areas within the building from the front door to a computer mouse and see them in a different way. I feel I now have the skills and knowledge about infection prevention and control that will help me to keep my surroundings safe. From this training I have also gained so much more personal knowledge that I will take with me and use daily probably for the rest of my life and it has also given me an insight into the challenges people within the healthcare system face daily which has increased my respect for them immensely."
(Liz Skilling)
