Erasmus+ Work Placement Programme
The Erasmus programme is an EU funded programme that organises student exchanges. Each exchange is designed to enable the student to gain valuable international experience in a programme specific context.
FET College Íde Finglas College of Further Education (Finglas Campus) is inviting you to apply for the unique experience of undertaking up to three weeks funded Erasmus+ Work Placement Programme abroad, in France, Italy or Spain.
The Programme will involve placement in either Italy or France and is open to all PLC, Traineeship and Apprenticeship students. Application forms may be downloaded from the Erasmus 2025 Moodle page. Please attach the following documents to an email addressed to erasmus@ide.cdetb.ie. This will form your application.
- Letter of application expressing why you are interested in participating in the Work Placement Programme
- Up to date CV
- Character Reference
- Copy of your passport
- A Completed questionnaire
Closing Date for Applications: Friday, 24th October 2025 at 17.30hrs

Students from all courses at FET College Íde Finglas are offered the opportunity of up to three weeks fully funded international work experience in the following countries:
- France
- Italy
- Spain
- Up to 3 weeks work experience in Europe
- Fully funded by the European Union
- Europass Certificate
- Certificate from your International employer
