Erasmus+ Work Placement Programme

The Erasmus programme is an EU funded programme that organises student exchanges. Each exchange is designed to enable the student to gain valuable international experience in a programme specific context.

Coláiste Íde College of Further Education (Finglas Campus) is inviting you to apply for the unique experience of undertaking a three week funded Erasmus+ Work Placement Programme abroad commencing on April 13th 2025 to April 27th 2025, approximately.

The Programme will involve placement in either Italy or France and is open to all PLC, Traineeship and Apprenticeship students. Application forms may be downloaded from the Erasmus 2024 Moodle page. Please attach the following documents to an email addressed to erasmus@ide.cdetb.ie. This will form your application.

  1. Letter of application expressing why you are interested in participating in the Work Placement Programme
  2. Up to date CV
  3. Character Reference
  4. Copy of your passport
  5. A Completed questionnaire

Closing Date for Applications: Friday, 25th October 2024 at 17.30hrs

Students from all courses at Colaiste Ide  are offered the opportunity of three weeks fully funded international work experience in the following countries:

  1. France
  2. Italy
Colaiste Ide College has been allocated 50 international places within the City of Dublin Education Training Board.
