Professional Cookery Level 6 Culinary Event
Level 6 classes 8421 and 9221 are currently in the midst of running their Culinary Events in the restaurant in the college. These events have specific themes as chosen by each class team such as Around The World in 60 Minutes, Alice in Wonderland, Taste of Asia and Tex-Mex.
Each team of students must follow a budget, place food orders, create menus and run the event on the day. It takes a lot of organisation, team work and communication to pull off these events and so far they have attracted guests from all over the college and friends and family from outside. Tickets are €6 for all-you-can-eat and available from the level 6 students or you can pay on the day. Check out the posters around the college for details on each event.
