Open Day: School of Sports
FET College Íde Finglas offers a range of full time FETAC Level 5 & 6 courses in Sports including areas such as Sports and Leisure Management, Exercise, Health, Fitness and Personal Training, Health and Physical Activity Level 6 and Wellbeing & Holistic studies. These courses provides successful graduates with the opportunity to seek employment in the sport and leisure industry, gaining the knowledge and understanding of physical fitness and exercise on both a practical and a theoretical basis. The innovative programmes have been designed to immerse the learner in an environment of health awareness conducive to academic excellence and giving students the academic, physical, technical, tactical & psychological knowledge necessary for the demands as a student athlete.

"Attending FET College Íde Finglas opened the door to life changing experiences and opportunities for me. I attended the Football Association course which helped me earn a soccer scholarship to the United States, and upon returning home, I enrolled into Year 2 of the Sports and Leisure Management course as a stepping stone to university in Ireland. I am now currently completing the Sports and Exercise Management course in UCD where I will graduate with a degree, and hope to progress to a Masters."
